We find ourselves in some interesting situations. We thought perhaps you would like to see a peak into our world.
Fires can be so destructive. These photos show the damage this fire caused. Fortunately the integrity of the structure was good. We were brought in to rip apart all of the ceiling, drywall, and burnt debris and remove it from the house.
There is a time to break down and a time to build up. In this case we did a lot of breaking down! We were able to do this in a day and half. It was one of those projects where everything went as planned.
We will also pickup your items curbside.
We can clean out the entire garage or just the items you want removed. In this case we cleaned up selected items per the homeowner. We also sweep the exposed area when we are done.
Another one of the many garages we help clean out.
Why pay monthly storage fees for items you may never use. We clean out a lot of storage units.
Hot tub removal as well! This room was built around the hot tub and the door was too small. No problem we have dismantled and removed many hot tubs. We use whatever means necessary to get the job done.
 
We clean out Sheds and Garages for you. All you have to do is point and we do all the work, or we can collect items you pull together for removal as seen in the driveway photo.

  • Great service! I received a call 10-15 minutes before they were here. Pricing is based on the size of the load. I had a lot of old wood, doors, etc. from remodeling work and they filled the truck up, one trip, to keep costs reasonable. Timely and professional.

  • My parents recently relocated to a assisted living facility due to their health issues. My sister, brother and I were faced with the almost overwhelming task of cleaning out the house they lived in for over 47 years. The house had a main level and a basement. Both levels of the house were full of items that had to be disposed of. Triad Junk Removal came to our rescue. The team let by Chris arrived promptly, worked hard and exercised outstanding courtesy. In my conversations with Parker the mgr, I was extended complete respect and upfront info I needed about pricing. I found the cost of the service quite reasonable.   • i contacted Triad Junk Removal with the need to have mattresses and washer/dryer removed from a family home prior to an estate sale. Upon finding out that i was managing this clean out and sale from out of town with limited time actually in the home they arranged to come immediately saving me an additional trip. they removed the items from the home quickly and upon noticing the bags of trash that i had already gathered, offered to take those as well. they were very professional and priced very reasonably.
